It included a new family room with storage space and a tiled deck top.
As well the dining room was extended on the main level. |

This kitchen is an oak
raised veneer panel cabinet. Benefit to this type of kitchen is
the panels are not susceptible to the humidity changes within the house.
They are manufactured with a high density MDF panel with a wood veneer
covering. Will last a very long time. |

Cedar Deck

This beautiful cedar
deck is almost 500 square feet in total. Two levels make it
perfect for the BBQ and entertaining of guest. Lights in the
risers of the steps make it easy to navigate in the dark. |

This deck is almost 9
feet above the ground. It offers a glorious view of conservation
area behind the house.
A deck of this size and height requires a building
permit with proper drawings for submission. Valer Group can supply
all necessary paper work to complete a project of this size. |
